Experience

Keith has been involved in the marketing of commercial and residential real estate since January 1990 and specializes in marketing and leasing retail and restaurants. With a Certified Management Accountant title, 14 years of general management and financial experience, over 20 years of Commercial & Residential real estate experience, a Master Medallion Club member of The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for 14 years. He is honest and has a good, professional work ethic; these assets have certainly made Keith one of the top producers in the real estate industry.

Keith speaks fluently in English and Cantonese and also speaks Mandarin.

Accomplishments

  • Sold over 700 residential detached houses, townhouses and apartments; of which over 120 were brand new houses, townhouses and apartments.
  • Sold 2.01 acres of industrial land for a 40,000 sq ft. high-tech building in Richmond.
  • Sold 36 units of multi-family complex in Vancouver East.
  • Bought and sold 26 units of multi-family complex in Vancouver West.
  • Bought and sold 271 acres of land near Kamloop.
  • Bought 1.5 acres of assembly land in East Richmond.
  • Bought 1 acre of agriculture land and sub-divided into 7 lots in Port Coquitlam.
  • Sold 2.85 acres of townhouse site in Port Coquitlam.
  • Bought and sold over 40,000 sq ft. industrial units in Richmond and Burnaby.
  • Bought and sold over 5,000 sq ft. commercial units in Richmond and Vancouver West.
  • Bought and sold over 30 restaurant businesses (Chinese Sea Food Restaurants, Japanese Restaurants, Vietnamese Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Fast-food & Japanese take-out Restaurant in food court & street malls) in Richmond, Vancouver and North Vancouver.
  • Bought and sold different kinds of business in Richmond, Vancouver West, Burnaby, Port Moody and Tsawwassen.

 6,000 sq ft. Chinese Sea Food Restaurant in Union Square, Central Richmond.

  • Experience in dealing leasing with Richmond Centre, Landsdowne Mall, Blundell Centre and Garden City Centre (The 4 largest malls in Richmond).
  • Involved in planning & construction a 30,000 sq ft. office & warehouse bldg. in East Richmond.
  • Involved in planning and construction a 10,000 sq ft. church building in East Richmond.
  • Bought a building in Vancouver East for a church with 200 attendees
  • Bought a 26,000 sq ft. lot for a church with 600 attendees in Vancouver East.
